Ingredients
  

  • cup of espresso
  • cup of soy milk
  • tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Pour soy milk and sugar into a saucepan. Heat it over medium heat until it's warm and steaming. Stir gently to dissolve the sugar and prevent burning.
  • Take the milk-sugar mixture off the stove, and add a dash of vanilla extract. Stir it in.
  • Now, if you have a milk frother, great! Use it to make the milk nice and foamy. No frother? No problem! You can use a blender, a hand mixer, or even a lidded mason jar. Blend, mix, or shake until you see bubbles.
  • Next, pour the sweetened, vanilla-flavored soy milk into a mug or glass. Then, pour freshly brewed espresso over the creamy, frothy milk. Voilà! Your easy and delicious dairy-free latte is ready to enjoy!
